INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the website and any related mobile experiences operated by London Flair, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Websites”). London Flair, Inc. is herein referred to as “London Flair,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

USER-GENERATED CONTENT & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Submitting Content grants London Flair and its service providers a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable right to use, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, commercialize, and sublicense that Content in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose. You waive any moral rights you may have in such Content to the extent allowed by law.

London Flair has no obligation to publish Content and may remove or refuse any Content in its sole discretion.

User-generated or third-party Content does not reflect London Flair’s views and does not constitute endorsement. London Flair is not responsible for any claims or damages arising from such Content.

PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth herein, you are prohibited from using the Websites or any Content to:

(a) engage in any unlawful purpose;
(b) solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
(c) violate regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
(d) infringe upon our intellectual property or that of others;
(e) harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate, or discriminate;
(f) submit false or misleading information;
(g) upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, spyware, or harmful routines;
(h) collect or track personal information of others without consent;
(i) spam, phish, crawl, scrape, or interfere with site functionality;

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting or using our Websites, you agree that the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern any dispute between you and London Flair, including claims relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any products or services sold through the Websites. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
