Because each London Flair coat is part of a limited capsule (75 coats) release, we do not offer refunds. We gladly provide exchanges for a different size or a different coat of equal value within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Exchange conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

• Exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned item.

• If the requested size/style is unavailable, we’ll offer similar options within the capsule.

• Exchange shipping: Complimentary for U.S. customers; international customers pay return shipping.
